Thank you for your interest in our company. We are a small research and development startup based at the Science and Technology Park Adlershof in Berlin/Germany.

During the last decades, materials research made significant progress with a new class of materials that promises higher efficiencies for heating and chilling applications: Elastocalorical materials. Our R&D work aims at applications that utilize these materials as solid state refrigerants in HVAC products for living spaces.

Elastokalorik Ltd. was founded in 2020 by the entrepreneur and mechanical engineer Peer Gehrmann and the materials researcher and energy & processing engineer Oliver Kastner.
